GOAL SETTING

This plan is a simple, four question season goals template. It will aid us and yourself in the direction of your development. To access this, click under assessments 'New plan entry'. Once you have completed your plan with as little or as much detail as you wish, please select 'Request review' before submitting. Ideally, we would like these completed prior to your first regular season game.

ASSESSMENTS

Assessments can be completed by a National Assessor or anyone else designated State Panel or League.

Match Day - Use this option for a quantitative high-performance assessment using the Umpire Baseball Development Evaluation Categories. General additional comments can also be added.

Media - If you have video, you can upload it directly into MOS or link a YouTube video. There is room for general comments to be submitted.

Season - The same template as ‘media’ used for end of tournament or end of season reviews.

Custom - A custom text box evaluation can be used if none of the above three fit the purpose.

GAME LOGS

After games, it is helpful to track your development and save us a lot of volunteer hours if you can submit a log of your game that includes plays or situations that you would ordinarily look at yourself or talk about after the game. You can do this by clicking under assessments 'New diary entry' and entering the timestamp of each play once game video once the replay is uploaded. If you would like feedback on any plays, select 'Request review', otherwise you may select 'View only'. If you select confidential, which is the default, it may only be seen by you. Much like your pre-season plan, you may be as little or as greatly detailed as you wish.
